After taking half of what the bottle suggests (500mg a day), I can walk all day, not only that I can power walk. Took about 2 months to really get to where I am with it, but man what a difference. It's insane. Last time I could do this i was 25 years old. And even still I bet I could outwalk my 25 year old self. HUGE difference, this stuff works great. Stop overpaying and get this product from this company because it's the real deal.
